Wall Mounted Enclosure with integrated Temperature Controller provides a ready-to-install solution for any application requiring a compact control panel.

 

Introduction

The "Box" range is designed to offer an easy and ready-to-install control solution. Two box sizes are available, both with front hinged door providing IP65 sealing, suitable for building sites or installation in dusty or moist environments.

The control boxes are equipped as standard with safety circuit breaker, on/off power switch, temperature controller, 2 metres of power cable plus suitable cable glands. All components are factory fitted so no need for controller cut-out etc.

The DDR245 Temperature Controller includes as standard; universal input (Thermocouple, 3 wire RTD, DC Linear), 3 configurable outputs (2 relays plus SSR or mV/V), universal power supply (24 to 230V AC/DC) plus Modbus RTU RS485 Comms.

Temperature sensors and solid state relays (SSR) are also available as an option on specific box types.

After creating/recalling the configuration file on PC by LabSoftView software, the Memory Card allows straightforward set-up of the controller without removing it from the panel.
