Introduction

Our entry level thyristor power controller, the CD3000S is a compact low cost unit designed to replace relay contactors and is suitable for all resistive switching applications.

Available in 21 current ratings from 10A to 700A (larger sizes available on request), the CD3000S-2PH unit has the option of logic (SSR), 110/230VAC (15 to 110A only) or DC linear (25A to 110A only) inputs  and a choice of zero cross firing or burst firing.

  • Two leg switching of three wire star or delta resistive loads
  • Suitable for loads up to 700A
  • Fully isolated from power
  • Zero cross firing (ZC) or burst firing (4, 8 or 16 cycles selectable, 25A to 110A)
  • Logic input signal (SSR)
  • Constant current drain with SSR input
  • AC input 110V AC or 230V AC, up to 110A
  • DC linear 4-20mA loop powered, 4-20mA or 0-10V input
  • Heater Break (HB) alarm to diagnostic partial or total load failure and short circuit on Thyristors as option
  • Side by side packaging
  • Special design Heatsink with high dissipation
  • IP20 protection
