Introduction

Our entry level thyristor power controller, the CD3000S is a compact low cost unit designed to replace relay contactors and is suitable for all resistive switching applications.
 
Available in 21 current ratings from 10A to 500A (larger sizes available on request), with logic (SSR) or 110/230Vac input and zero cross firing.

Overview

  • Three leg switching of 3/4 wire star or 3/6 wire delta resistive loads
  • Suitable for loads up to 500A (other sizes available upon request)
  • Fully isolated from power
  • Zero crossing firing mode(ZC)
  • Logic input signal (SSR)
  • Constant current drain with SSR input
  • AC input 110VAC or 230VAC, up to 90A
  • Heater Break (HB) alarm to diagnostic partial or total load failure and short circuit on Thyristors as option
  • Side by side packaging
  • Special design Heatsink with high dissipation
  • IP20 protection
