By inserting the tool into the fascia's comms port, two pushbuttons provide the user with the possibility to upload or download the units configuration while two LEDs indicate transfer success. CD-EASY is a simple and cost effective start-up or maintenance tool that needs no technical training. The user can 'clone' from one thyristor unit to another, ideal when commissioning a number of units or providing a quick solution to system failure. Alternatively the CD-EASY can be programmed via a PC using the free configuration software and using an RS232 or RS485 interface.
